CARL PROWANT

Having grown up in a family of hands on, self-motivated craftsmen, I was exposed to construction at a young age. From helping my father with his many remodel projects, to hearing stories from my grandfather of building in times past, it was always in my heart to be in home construction. My background is in Architectural Design and Construction Management. I specialized in 3D design and presentations. I managed my own Architectural Design Business for a number of years. I had the pleasure of working with both clients and contractors. It was an enjoyable time for me, but I desired to be more heavily involved in the construction of the home, ultimately leading me to Troxel Custom Homes.

When I am not in the office, I enjoy mentoring youth through my local Cub Scout Program as Cubmaster of our Pack. I grew up in the Cub Scout and Boy Scout programs. One of my proudest personal accomplishments was when I attained the rank of Eagle Scout. Now I love to give back to the program that gave so much to me.

I am an avid outdoorsman. I love to hike, go camping, hunt and fish. I live in the country with my amazing wife and 3 young, energetic children. We enjoy gardening and being outside together.

Cheerful service to others is a trait that was developed in my years of Scouting. I am proud to bring that to the professional world.
