Unseasonably warm weather agrees with our framing crew, both homes are near Lake Michigan which typically creates a cold chilly wind along with snow accumulation by this time of year. A weather phenomenon in the Pacific Ocean known as El Niño can be credited for our warmer temperatures with less precipitation.
