This home site becomes unexpected as you wander down through the neighborhood of established well cared for homes, as you approach the tree lined winding circle driveway this custom family home comes into view. A home for all seasons… entrances to the front & out back pool area are readily accessible for guests & family to be greeted.

While our town is celebrating Tulip Time, pictured from the air is Veldheer Tulip Gardens with a show of color in rows of beautiful full bloom tulips. Unseasonably warm weather agrees with our framing crew, both homes are near Lake Michigan which typically creates a cold chilly wind along with snow accumulation by this time of year. A weather phenomenon in the Pacific Ocean known as El Niño can be credited for our warmer temperatures with less precipitation.
